Children and Families Must be Safe, Secure and Stable
I was born and raised in Jackson and am a proud product of Jackson Public Schools and an esteemed alum of the historical Piney Woods Country Life School. Raised by a single parent until age fourteen, and later raised by my seventh grade reading teacher and her husband from then until law school, I know and understand the importance of keeping children and families safe, secure and stable. I am now a mom of a beautiful daughter, and as your Hinds County Chancery Court Judge, I am doing just that. I prioritize the safety of our children, promote security for our vulnerable adults, and provide stability for our families.
Children and Families Deserve a Dedicated Fighter
My dedication to the people began at Morgan & Morgan, defending the rights of injured workers. My dedication continued when I opened my own law practice. It was in my own law practice that I fought for children and families in many chancery courts, throughout the state of Mississippi. I know and understand the needs of children and families.
Experienced, Fair and Compassionate
I am an experienced former trial attorney, who solved problems for children and families. Fighting for them in cases such as divorce, child support, child custody, and adoption/guardianship is not easy. These cases require commitment, fairness, and compassion. My commitment to children and families is why I am seeking re-election as your Hinds County Chancery Court Judge.
